Next Wednesday, February 12th, we will kick off the beginning of our cooking classes with Warming Winter Soups & Stews. Cozy up to a bowl of Chef Amalia’s heartwarming favorites, and finish the evening with an early Valentine’s Day toast: a tasty surprise dessert paired with a glass of our Sparkling Rosé!

The featured menu includes:
Coq Au Vin
A delightful French classic of chicken braised with red wine and mushrooms
Roasted Squash Bisque
A traditional puréed bisque, rich in flavor
Ribollita
A hearty Tuscan stew made with a potage of bread and vegetables
The all-inclusive package is just $85.00 per person, $75.00 for wine club members and includes Pippin Hill wine throughout the evening. Class begins at 6 PM and is limited to 16 people.
